We believe it is an act of defiance and an act rebellion to break the cycles that have held us captive. It is an act of defiance to never return to prison after going the first time. It is an act of defiance to become a great mother or father after being an addict. To break out of poverty after generations being held by it.

This design features a man who is half human and half skeleton. The skeleton side symbolizes our past, the part of us that has brought death. The parts of our hearts and minds that we are ashamed of. Our criminal history, our regrets, our mistakes. The choices we've made that have caused others and ourselves harm and destruction. But we are learning over time to believe that we are "more than the worst thing we've ever done." We are starting to believe that we can come back to life where we've been dead and new life and hope can spring forth. That resurrection is still possible to those who have thought all was lost. You are not your past and you my friend are more than the worst thing you've ever done.
